Extraweave founded in the year 2000 - took this vision forward, producing the finest flat woven area rugs and carpeting in wool, jute, sisal and blended natural fibre. We process in a fully integrated factory using the most modern spinning, dyeing, weaving, backing, finishing and packing machineries.
Weaving is done on the latest rapier and electronic jacquard looms, imported from Belgium, to ensure perfection.
At Extraweave, everything is in-house, beginning with our design centre using the latest CAD systems. Wool and sisal spinning units using the very best wool from Newzealand and extra long sisal from Tanzania.
The finest dye house imported from Italy ensures quality dyeing. Radio frequency dryers are used to retain the inherent texture, color and quality of the dyed yarn. The best effluent treatment plant in the industry is a testimony of our commitment to the environment.
Backing is done on a dual station coating plant, capable of doing both latex and fabric backing.
Highly skilled hands use the very best machines to finish and package the products.
